We want honest, helpful, and respectful feedback about Padel Grid to be visible. That is why we review submitted reviews before publication.
1. Real user experiences
Reviews must be based on actual use of our app. Fake reviews or misleading content are not allowed.
2. Objectivity and respect
Critical feedback is expressly allowed, but it must remain factual and must not contain insults, discrimination, or unlawful statements.
3. Truthful statements
Demonstrably false statements of fact or misleading claims must not be published.
4. Relevance to the app
The review must relate to features, usage, or your experience with our platform.
5. No advertising or spam
Reviews must not contain advertising, external links, or self-promotion.
6. Moderation and publication
Reviews are checked before publication. We may refuse to publish content in whole or in part, or remove it later, if it violates these guidelines or applicable law.
